Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013, as well as the EU ConsumerRights Directive and our terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Any refunds will be issued to the card that was originally used to purchase the goods, usually on the day that the item arrives back with us. Once refunded the card issuer may take between 7 - 10 days to process the money back into your account. Non-UK customers may be charged a conversion fee for any refunds processed into their account, YouChoos can not accept any liability for these charges.

Exchanges

Customers returning an item for exchange should be aware it is their responsibility to pay for both return and outgoing postage of an item. We can be very flexible in how and what you would like to exchange for, but this should be agreed before sending an item back to us.
