Description

The MX649 sound decoder from Zimo shares all the same benefits as the larger MX645/MX644 decoders, but without the built-in energy storage connections, and with fewer AUX function outputs. The advantage is that the MX649 is much narrower and shorter, so great for long thin spaces, including many N gauge models.

The MX649 can have a stay-alive capacitor added, but it must go through SPEIKCOMP circuitry.

The MX649 replaces the MX646 in Zimo's sound decoder range.
