Revolution Trains N Gauge Class 59 Diesel (Next28/E24 DCC)

The first E24 (Next28) DCC model we've seen, Revolution's Class 59 comes with numerous lighting features, speaker on-board, and the latest DCC socket type - the E24 (also known as Next28). Shown here is a factory DCC version with the ESU E24 decoder fitted (non-sound).

For comparison, the black decoder is Zimo's MS540 sound decoder, next to the blue ESU non-sound decoder.

Now with the MS540 fitted, we investigate the lighting features, which are fairly straight-forward - we can supply a special version of our Class 66 sound project with fkeys configured to support all of the lighting in this model.

Shown below is the blue ESU V5 sound decoder E24, next to Zimo's MS540 equivalent.
