Minerva O Gauge Peckett with MS Sound

Kit: MS450R; SugarCube24X15X08; MGOBLOCK

Another revisit of a favourite model, the Minerva Peckett gets the MS treatment...

The model has an 8pin DCC socket, but we'll need to remove that and hard-wire in order to fit the larger MS450 decoder into it.

A Zimo MGOBLOCK stay-alive is located under the decoder platform - perfect fit, covered in Kapton to avoid shorting.

The MS450 sits on top of the platform, stay-alive connected and wires for track pickups and motor connected.

A dual SugarCube24X15X08 is protected with some kapton tape too, and secured in right up the front with a little BlackTack.

Nice snug fit, but runs and sounds excellent with this kit!
